Need your order sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Please select the Rush Production option when available and choose the appropriate expedited shipping method.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Rush production and expedited shipping are two separate services.

• The rush production fee covers priority production only. It does not automatically upgrade your shipping.

• If expedited shipping is not selected, your order will ship using the standard shipping method.

• Rush orders are subject to material availability and order complexity.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

Always include your required date in the personalization box so we can determine whether your requested deadline can be accommodated.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been completed and shipped. Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

If you need your order by a specific date, please select the appropriate expedited shipping option at checkout.

IMPORTANT: Selecting rush production without selecting expedited shipping does not guarantee faster delivery.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

RUSH ORDER POLICY

Need your order in a hurry? We may be able to accommodate rush requests depending on our current production schedule and available materials.

Please read the following terms carefully before selecting rush production.

What Qualifies as a Rush Order?

Rush orders are orders with 13 calendar days or less between the order date and the requested completion or needed date.

All rush orders require an additional fee. The fee will be determined by Kreations by MK based on the complexity of the order, current workload, and requested turnaround time.

Rush Order Guidelines:

1. Priority Scheduling: Rush orders are worked into our existing production schedule. They do not automatically move ahead of every previously placed order.

2. Production Timeline: Completion dates and any required proof or approval timelines are determined by Kreations by MK based on the order requirements and current workload.

3. Material Availability: Rush orders are subject to the materials and supplies we currently have on hand.

4. Additional Materials: If special purchases are required to complete a rush order, an additional materials fee will apply.

5. Rush Order Pricing: The total cost may include the original product price, rush production fee, and any additional materials fees.

6. Completion Dates: We will make every reasonable effort to complete rush orders by the agreed-upon date, provided materials and production circumstances allow.

7. Order Cancellation by Kreations by MK: We reserve the right to cancel a rush order if unforeseen circumstances or material shortages prevent us from completing it. If we cancel an order, a refund will be issued as applicable.

8. Customer Cancellations: Once a rush order has been placed and payment has been received, the customer may not cancel the order or request a refund.

Please understand that selecting rush production does not guarantee acceptance of a rush request. All rush orders must be reviewed and approved by Kreations by MK.
