Refund policy

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final. Returns or Exchanges due to a defect in the product will be made within 1 day of delivery. You must contact me within the 24 hour period. I will require a return or pictures of the items in question and we will work something out for store credit or exchange. Please be sure you read the item details.

If the product is not what requested, or you have concerns they must be addressed upon arrival in mail (within 24 hr. ) or at the time the order is picked up.

Upon pickup and acceptance of item the sale is final.

Any refunds, returns, or exchanges will be up to my discretion.

IMPORTANT

Windows computers will show a Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer icon as the SVG. You can go ahead and use the file exactly as you intended, even if it does say html. Each download includes SVG PNG and PDF( unless you have purchased the SVG ONLY bundle). Please choose the SVG file for Cricut Design Space or any other cutting software. IF YOU CAN NOT SEPARATE THE SVG DESIGN- IT MEANS YOU ARE USING PNG FILE ( IT'S UNEDITABLE).
