Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods will be presented during checkout as applicable.

3. Production time

Our standard estimated production time is 14–21 business days.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. The total time before delivery may therefore exceed the production window.

Production begins after payment is confirmed and all required order details have been received, unless the product listing states otherwise.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Additional time may be necessary for unusually complex orders, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will provide the required notice and options.

4. Order changes and cancellations

Because many of our products are customized or made to order, changes and cancellations may not be possible once materials have been purchased or production has begun.

Customers should contact us promptly if they discover an error in an order. We cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated.

Our Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy explains how we handle these requests. Nothing in this section eliminates any rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Shipping and delivery

Customers pay the shipping charges presented at checkout unless a specific promotion or product listing states otherwise.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, and other circumstances may affect transit time.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error.

6. Digital products

Digital products may include printable planner pages, journal inserts, templates, digital papers, and downloadable design files.

Digital purchases are governed by our Digital Product License. A purchase grants only the usage rights specified in that license or the applicable product listing. It does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying artwork or file.

7. Intellectual property

Original artwork, designs, graphics, product photographs, templates, written content, and other materials owned by Kreations by MK, LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our original digital files or protected materials except as expressly authorized by a written license.

Customers requesting custom designs are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission to provide any third-party artwork, photographs, logos, or other protected materials. We may decline requests that appear to infringe another party's rights.

8. Website use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse our content.

We may correct listing errors, update product information, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary. We will honor applicable obligations relating to orders already accepted.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kreations by MK, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or product purchases.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, consumer protections, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

POLICY 2: REFUND, CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Our policy

Kreations by MK, LLC specializes in custom-made, personalized, and digital products. Because many items are produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final except where a refund, cancellation, return, replacement, or other remedy is required by law or applies to a qualifying order issue under this policy.

Please review product descriptions, sizes, personalization details, production times, and shipping information before placing your order.

Custom and personalized items

We generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or preference changes after an order has been accepted for production.

Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, sizes, colors, and other submitted details.

If we make an error or an item is materially defective or different from its description, contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.

Cancellations and order changes

Cancellation requests and order changes must be submitted as soon as possible.

Because custom products may require immediate purchasing of materials or production work, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

Where cancellation is accepted, any refund will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law. We will not enforce a no-cancellation rule where a cancellation right is legally required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging, if applicable.

• Any additional information reasonably needed to review the claim.

Digital products

Digital products are generally non-returnable after delivery or access. Refunds are not ordinarily offered for accidental purchases, changes of mind, or failure to review the listing before purchasing.

However, if a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law, contact us for assistance.

Please verify the file format, dimensions, compatibility, and included contents before purchasing.

Shipping charges and returns

Customers pay the shipping charges displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

If a return or replacement is approved, responsibility for return shipping and any related costs will be determined by the circumstances, the applicable policy, and applicable law.

We will not use this policy to deny a remedy required by law.

Refund processing

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

POLICY 3: SHIPPING, PICKUP & PRODUCTION POLICY

Production time

Most Kreations by MK products are made to order, customized, or individually prepared.

Our standard estimated production time is 14–21 business days.

Production time begins after payment is confirmed and all required personalization information is received, unless a product listing specifies a different starting point.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Production time is not the same as shipping time. Please account for both production and carrier transit when planning for birthdays, celebrations, holidays, and other special events.

Shipping charges

Customers pay shipping charges calculated or displayed at checkout.

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times depend on the order, destination, and shipping options offered at checkout.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or import charges will be handled according to the checkout information and applicable law.

Shipping and delivery estimates

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.

Once an order has shipped, carrier transit time is outside our direct control. Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other events may affect delivery.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will provide the required notice and available options.

Shipping addresses

POLICY 5: DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE & DISCLAIMER

This policy applies to digital products sold by Kreations by MK, LLC, including printable planner pages, journal inserts, templates, digital papers, and downloadable design files.

License granted

Unless a specific listing states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under the terms of this policy.

Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying design.

Personal use

Customers may download and retain purchased files for personal use and print copies for their own planners, journals, and personal projects.

Customers may not share the original files with others or upload them to public file-sharing websites.

Limited commercial use

Commercial use is permitted only for the finished products and uses expressly allowed by the relevant product listing or a separate written license from Kreations by MK, LLC.
